Yuri on Ice – Skating Animation Changes Between the TV and BluRay/DVD Version – Episode 9, Part 1 (Part 2)

On the left, you’ll find the TV version, while on the right you can see the DVD/BluRay version.

This time around, it’s Yurio’s Free Skate that got the most changes.

The biggest difference is that many of the reaction shots were replaced with actual figure skating sequences, adding to the fluidity of the programs.

The other thing that was changed is Yurio’s finishing pose, which I believe is now more similar to the one from the final episode, meaning more detailed and more refined.

There’s one more animation change that didn’t fit here so look out for it!
